Lychee Cobbler

  • 45 ml Moutai Prince                                  
  • 15 ml Lychee liqueur
  • 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • Topped up with soda
  • Mint sprig

Monthly Cocktail Selections:

The Prince

  • 30 ml Moutai Prince
  • 20 ml Aperol
  • 20 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 10 ml Candied Beetroot Reduction
  • Shake/strain/pour over ice

Moutai Oriental Mimosa

  • 25 ml Moutai Yingbin
  • 10 ml Peach Liqueur
  • 40 ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • 10 ml Campari
  • Shake/strain/pour into a chilled champagne glass/topped with sparkling wine

Moutai Iced Frappe

  • 35.5ml Moutai Prince  
  • 60ml fresh brew coffee  
  • 20ml Half & half (cream & milk)  
  • 15ml Vanilla syrup 
  • Topped with a float of cream Chocolate chip garnish

Moutai Pumpkin Spiced White Russian 

  • 25ml Moutai Prince  
  • 20ml Coffee liqueur  
  • 50ml fresh brew coffee 
  • 30ml of half & half (half cream / half milk) 
  • 1x teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix 
  • Rim the glass with crushed biscuit/ pinch of pumpkin spice mix
